Transaction Processing Agreement (TPA)

In order to improve internal processes and automate the management of your employees’ expenses, your Organisation has decided to establish a transfer of information between the parties described below.

How to proceed

You, as an authorized signatory of the Organisation, need to approve a right for your contracted Issuer and connected Enrichers to transfer:

  1. Transaction Information (such as date, time, amount and merchant); and
  2. Enriched Information (such as receipt and vat information),

for purchases performed by your Organisation’s employees, to the Partner and the Sub-contractor.

In order to be fully compliant with applicable privacy laws, a separate consent will be requested from each of your Organisation’s employees in favour of the Issuer, Partner, Subcontractor and the Enrichers.
